2. Process for Returning Items

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • If the item you wish to exchange is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
